Job Requirements

  • Must live in Dallas/Fort Worth area
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30 percent within Texas
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial and lease documents
  • Experience coordinating with internal and external partners

Job Qualifications

  • 5 plus years in real estate site selection preferably for top level brands
  • 5 plus years of financial planning and market analysis experience
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Strong understanding of site planning and design

Job Duties

  • Lead execution of a strategic portfolio plan including lease expirations, new stores, renewals, relocations, expansions, and closures
  • Manage market financial objectives such as sales and profit through proactive portfolio management
  • Guide analyses on renovation impact, sales transfer, initiative rollouts, and store changes
  • Oversee market planning process including touring markets and developing strategic plans
  • Prepare and analyze lease evaluation packages and negotiate leases and renewals
  • Coordinate with design, construction teams, landlords, and city representatives to manage entitlement and resolve issues
  • Track and meet performance goals and budgets, prepare management and pipeline reports, participate in post-analysis and special projects
