Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups made
- Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from vendors and ensuring stockroom parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador while meeting customers during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Performing other duties as needed
