Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach up to eight feet using stool or ladder when necessary
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns accurately
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record deliveries and pickups
- Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Driving throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in delivery or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns appropriately
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to maintain accurate distribution logs or tracking systems
- Familiarity with metropolitan driving routes using maps or GPS
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong focus on safety and reliability
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador while meeting customers during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance such as correct tire pressure
- Performing other duties as needed
