Job Requirements
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with use of stool or ladder
- stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
- inspect and protect company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly
- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- experience driving safely in metropolitan areas
- basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- picking up parts from vendors and maintaining stock room inventory
- consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during customer deliveries
- building long-term relationships with customers
- maintaining store delivery truck through safety checklists and basic maintenance
- performing other duties as needed
