Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves up to eight feet using stool or ladder
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and parts returns appropriately
- Ability to maintain delivery and pickup logs
- Ability to inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Focused on safe driving and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Good communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions and parts returns correctly
- Ability to maintain distribution logs or tracking systems for deliveries and pickups
- Ability to follow maps and directions to navigate metropolitan areas
- Ability to work independently and engage positively with customers
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picks up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador as you meet customers during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
- Maintain store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle is clean, and that basic maintenance is done such as correct tire pressure
- Other duties as needed
