Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to bend, reach shelves up to eight feet high using stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash and core/part returns correctly
- Ability to maintain delivery logs
- Clear speaking and listening skills
- Able to drive safely throughout metropolitan area
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics
- Clear and attentive communication skills
- Experience with inventory management
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable using maps and directions
- Ability to work independently and engage with customers face to face
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picks up parts from vendors and ensures stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory maintained
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists and basic maintenance
- Perform other duties as needed
