Job Requirements
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder when necessary
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns appropriately
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
- Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings and personnel
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Driving throughout metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance such as correcting tire pressure
- Performing other duties as needed
