Job Requirements
- Ability to bend to floor level shelves and reach upper shelves using stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system
- Inspecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, and vehicles
- Clear speaking and listening skills
- Driving throughout metropolitan area
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Experience in delivery or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns
- Ability to use maps and directions to drive throughout metropolitan area
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to record deliveries and pickups accurately
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from vendors
- Ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and basic maintenance such as correct tire pressure
- Performing other duties as needed
