Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stool or ladder when necessary
- stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- ability to inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
- experience driving in metropolitan areas
- commitment to safety and reliability
- able to work independently and engage with customers face-to-face
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- ability to handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns correctly
- ability to maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- ability to use maps and directions effectively while driving
Job Duties
- Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- pick up parts from vendors
- ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain inventory
- consistently focus on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serve as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- build long-term relationships with customers
- maintain store delivery truck including safety checklists and basic maintenance such as tire pressure
- perform other duties as needed
