Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stool or ladder
- stamina to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- ability to handle cash transactions and returns accurately
- maintaining delivery records and logs
- inspecting and maintaining company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- clear communication skills
- valid driver's license
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns
- experience driving in metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- ability to maintain distribution logs or tracking systems
- ability to engage positively with customers
- basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- picks up parts from vendors
- ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory maintained
- consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- building long-term customer relationships
- maintaining store delivery truck through safety checklists and basic maintenance
- performing other duties as needed
