Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Prior delivery driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate delivery logs
- Commitment to safe driving practices
Job Qualifications
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
- Maintains a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Able to be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picks up parts from vendors, ensures storeroom parts are accurately stocked and maintains inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with the customers delivered to
- Maintains store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, vehicle cleanliness, and basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Performs other duties as needed
