Job Requirements
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach up to eight feet with stool or ladder
- stamina to stand and walk entire shift
- ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- maintain distribution log or tracking system
- inspect and maintain company assets, vehicles, and merchandise
- valid driver's license
- agility and physical ability to complete delivery tasks safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- experience with delivery or logistics preferred
- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- ability to use maps and directions for metropolitan area driving
- ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- picks up parts from vendors
- ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
- consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serving as a NAPA brand ambassador while meeting customers
- building long-term relationships with customers
- maintain store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, cleanliness, and basic maintenance
- perform other duties as needed
