Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Agility to bend and reach shelves up to eight feet with use of stool or ladder
- Strong attention to safety and reliability
- Ability to handle cash and transactions correctly
- Maintain accurate delivery and pickup logs
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and safely while driving
- Strong interpersonal skills for face-to-face customer engagement
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with use of stool or ladder
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Familiarity with metropolitan area routes using maps and directions
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions and parts returns accurately
- Experience maintaining delivery logs or tracking systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with our customers
- Picks up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering our parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador as you meet customers during your deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with the customers you deliver to
- Maintain store delivery truck through adherence maintained to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle is clean, and that basic maintenance is done (e.g., correct tire pressure)
- Other duties as needed
