Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach up to eight feet with stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Able to handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns appropriately
- Maintain distribution log or tracking system
- Inspect and protect company assets and merchandise
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Driving throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver's License
Job Qualifications
- Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service or delivery preferred
- Basic cash handling skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and tracking
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Valid Driver's License
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picks up parts from vendors
- Ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador while meeting customers
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain store delivery truck through safety checklists, cleaning, and basic maintenance
- Other duties as needed
