Job Requirements
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach up to eight feet with use of stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk during entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns properly
- Maintain distribution log or tracking system for all deliveries and pickups
- Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to navigate metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in delivery driving or similar roles preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate delivery logs and tracking
- Strong safety awareness and driving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance is a plus
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picks up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers delivered to
- Maintain store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Other duties as needed
