Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach up to eight feet using a stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Able to handle cash and charge transactions accurately
- Maintain distribution logs for deliveries and pickups
- Inspect and maintain company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in delivery driving or customer service preferred
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic inventory management skills
- Ability to use maps and directions for metro area driving
- Ability to handle cash and transaction processing
- Capability to maintain delivery logs or tracking systems
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory maintained
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through safety checklists, cleanliness, and basic maintenance such as correct tire pressure
- Performing other duties as needed
