Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stool or ladder when necessary
- stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- able to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- maintain distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups
- inspect and maintain company assets including merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people
- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- ability to drive throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- pick up parts from vendors and ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintained
- focus consistently on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serve as a NAPA brand ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries
- build long-term relationships with customers
- maintain store delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean and conducting basic maintenance such as correct tire pressure
- perform other duties as needed
