Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stools or ladders
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly
- Experience maintaining distribution logs or tracking delivery and pickup records
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills

- Ability to safely handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns
- Experience with distribution logs or tracking systems preferred
- Ability to navigate metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, keeping vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Performing other duties as needed
