Job Requirements
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves up to eight feet with use of stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Experience handling cash charge transactions and core/part returns
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for all deliveries and pickups
- Inspecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver's License
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a delivery or customer service role preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to use maps and directions for driving throughout metropolitan areas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Pick up parts from vendors and ensure stockroom parts are accurately stocked and inventory maintained
- Consistently focus on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions
- Build long-term relationships with delivery customers
- Maintain store delivery truck through safety checklists, cleanliness, and basic maintenance such as tire pressure checks
- Perform other duties as needed
