Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with use of stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns accurately
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record deliveries and pickups
- Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

- Experience in customer service or delivery roles preferred
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Effective communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Ability to use maps and directions for driving
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain delivery logs
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during customer interactions
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance
- Other duties as needed
