Job Requirements
- Agility to bend and reach shelves with use of stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Able to handle cash and core/part returns appropriately
- Maintain a distribution log for deliveries and pickups
- Inspect and maintain company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Driving throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Strong communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Experience driving safely in metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- Ability to handle cash and process charge transactions correctly
- Ability to maintain delivery logs and tracking systems
Job Duties
- Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Pick up parts from vendors and manage stock room inventory accurately
- Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serve as a NAPA brand ambassador in customer interactions
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain delivery vehicle by following safety checklists and performing basic maintenance
- Perform other duties as needed
