Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand, walk for entire work shift, and reach shelves up to eight feet
- Experience handling cash and charge transactions
- Ability to maintain delivery logs or tracking systems
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Knowledge of metropolitan area navigation
- Commitment to safety and vehicle maintenance
Job Qualifications

- Experience with driving in metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions accurately
- Physical agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Reliable and safety-conscious driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador while meeting customers during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and basic maintenance such as correct tire pressure
- Performing other duties as needed
