Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in delivery or customer service preferred
- ability to work independently and safely operate a company vehicle
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- capacity to manage time effectively and follow safety procedures
- physically able to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- valid driver’s license
- flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
- experience with maintaining delivery logs or tracking systems
- ability to drive safely throughout metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stools or ladders
- physical stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
- consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serving as a NAPA brand ambassador while meeting customers during deliveries
- building long-term relationships with customers
- maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- performing other duties as needed
