Job Requirements
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary
- stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- valid Driver's License
- ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly
- maintain a distribution log or tracking system
- inspect, protect, and maintain company assets
- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- ability to drive throughout metropolitan areas
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Driver's License

- ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
- proficiency in maintaining distribution logs or tracking systems for deliveries and pickups
- capability to inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
- ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- picking up parts from vendors
- ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
- consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador while meeting customers during deliveries
- building long-term relationships with customers
- maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and basic maintenance
- performing other duties as needed
