Job Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves up to eight feet with use of stool or ladder when necessary
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Ability to maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups
- Ability to inspect, protect and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintaining/checking inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck adherence to safety checklists, keeping vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Performing other duties as needed
