Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach up to eight feet using a stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash and transaction procedures
- Ability to maintain accurate delivery logs
- Attention to inspecting and maintaining company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- Clear communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience driving safely in metropolitan areas
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns correctly
- Experience driving in metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- Ability to maintain distribution logs or delivery tracking systems
- Good physical stamina and agility to bend, lift up to 60 lbs, and stand/walk during shifts
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors and ensuring stockroom parts are accurately stocked and inventory maintained
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during customer deliveries
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, vehicle cleanliness, and basic maintenance
- Performing other duties as needed
