Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the work shift
- Agility to bend and reach shelves using stools or ladders when necessary
- Ability to handle cash and core or part returns accurately
- Maintain distribution logs or tracking systems
- Inspect and maintain company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle throughout metropolitan areas
- Strong communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Proficiency in using distribution logs or tracking systems to record deliveries and pickups
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and engage customers face to face
- Physical agility to bend, reach shelves, stand, walk for entire shifts, and lift up to 60 lbs
Job Duties
- Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Pick up parts from vendors
- Ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain inventory
- Focus consistently on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer deliveries
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain store delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Perform other duties as needed
