Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves up to eight feet with use of stool or ladder when necessary
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds of merchandise
- Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made
- Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Able to be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use maps and directions for driving throughout metropolitan areas
- Experience delivering goods or working in customer service preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Basic cash handling skills
- Attention to detail in maintaining delivery logs and inventory
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picks up parts from vendors, ensures stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintains/checks inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serves as a NAPA brand ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries
- Builds long-term relationships with the customers served
- Maintains store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Performs other duties as needed
