Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stool or ladder, stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift, ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns appropriately
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups
- Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets including merchandise, vehicles, building and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Driving throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license

- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions accurately
- Experience with maintaining delivery logs or tracking systems
- Ability to drive safely using maps and directions throughout metropolitan areas
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with the customers served
- Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Performing other duties as needed
