Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with use of stools or ladders
- stamina to stand and walk during entire work shift
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- able to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries
- inspecting and protecting company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver's license

- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- ability to handle cash and part returns correctly
- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- experience driving throughout metropolitan areas using maps or directions
- ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- strong focus on safety and reliability
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- picks up parts from vendors and ensures stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory is maintained
- consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- building long-term relationships with customers
- maintaining store delivery truck through safety checklists and basic maintenance
- performing other duties as needed
