Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with use of stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shift and lift up to 60 lbs
- Able to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Maintain delivery log or tracking system
- Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets and merchandise
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Experience with inventory management preferred
- Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely
- Capable of operating maps and directions
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors
- Ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists and performing basic maintenance
