Job Requirements
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process returns appropriately
- Maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups
- Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets including merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions accurately
- Ability to maintain a delivery log or tracking system
- Good physical agility and stamina
- Familiarity with metropolitan area driving using maps and directions
Job Duties
- Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Pick up parts from vendors and ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventoried
- Drive and deliver parts consistently focusing on safety
- Act as a NAPA brand ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, cleanliness, and basic vehicle maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Perform other duties as needed
