Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capability to perform physical tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- basic cash handling skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- prior retail or foodservice experience is a plus but not required
- ability to follow health and safety standards
Job Duties
- handle cash and fuel transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- stock shelves and inventory
- prepare food safely and ensure foodservice safety
- provide excellent customer service and support
- promote the 7-Eleven rewards loyalty program
- comply with proper health code guidelines
