Job Requirements
- minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- capability to follow detailed instructions and health code guidelines
- positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice roles is a plus but not required
- ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and participate in company training programs
Job Duties
- handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- conduct fuel transactions and assist customers at the pump
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
- stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure availability of products
- prepare food items following health and safety guidelines
- promote 7-Eleven’s rewards loyalty program to customers
- engage with customers to provide friendly and efficient service
