Job Requirements
- desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- ability to prepare and present food items properly
- proficiency in cash handling and fuel transactions
- knowledge of health code guidelines
- ability to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service, retail, or foodservice is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- commitment to health and safety standards
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems and fuel pumps
Job Duties
- handle cash transactions accurately
- process fuel purchases and related transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- stock shelves with merchandise and supplies
- prepare and present food items adhering to safety standards
- deliver excellent customer service and engage with customers positively
