Job Requirements
- a desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
- commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready
- ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation including making coffee
- excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our rewards loyalty program
- ability to follow proper health code guidelines
- ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- eligible to work in the location of employment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in retail, cashiering, or foodservice is a plus but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- capability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- handle cash transactions and fuel sales accurately
- assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- stock shelves and ensure products are properly merchandised
- prepare food items following safety and quality standards
- promote the customer rewards loyalty program
- adhere to health code regulations
