Job Requirements
- Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe store environment
- Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation including coffee making
- Excellence in cash handling and fuel transactions
- Ability to promote the rewards loyalty program
- Capacity to follow proper health code guidelines
- Willingness to multi-task, perform repetitive bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company training programs
Job Duties
- Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Stock shelves and displays as needed
- Prepare food items and ensure foodservice safety (for relevant positions)
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Promote and explain the rewards loyalty program
- Follow health code guidelines diligently
