Job Requirements
- A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
- commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready
- ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation including making one of our customer-favorites coffee
- excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our rewards loyalty program
- ability to follow proper health code guidelines
- the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier, retail, or foodservice experience is a plus but not required
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- effective communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt through training programs
Job Duties
- Handle cash transactions and fuel purchases accurately
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- stock merchandise and ensure product availability
- prepare and present food items including beverages like coffee
- promote the companys rewards loyalty program to customers
- follow health code and safety guidelines diligently
- engage positively with customers and team members to enhance in-store experience
