Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash and process fuel transactions accurately
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment
- Ability to perform food preparation and ensure compliance with health codes
- Ability to multitask and physically perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail, cashier, or foodservice roles is advantageous but not required
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow company training programs
Job Duties
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Process fuel transactions in compliance with company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are well presented
- Prepare food items according to food safety guidelines
- Promote the store's rewards loyalty program to customers
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times
