Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail, foodservice, or cash handling roles beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills for cash handling
- commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork
- understanding of food safety and health code standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- process fuel sales and related transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- stock shelves and manage inventory
- prepare and present food items according to safety and quality standards
- provide excellent customer service and engage with customers positively
- promote store loyalty and rewards programs
