Job Requirements
- a desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
- commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer ready
- ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation including making coffee
- excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting rewards loyalty program
- ability to follow proper health code guidelines
- ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- flexible availability for full-time or part-time work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- capability to multitask and handle physical demands of the job
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- handle cash transactions accurately
- process fuel transactions efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- stock shelves and replenish inventory regularly
- prepare food and adhere to food safety standards
- provide friendly and helpful customer service
