Job Duties
- Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards including the maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer
- Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows
- Maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards throughout the store including sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies including restocking essential items
- Cross-trained to work in other store areas such as backroom, front end, and sales floor
- Support and respond to front end coverage needs
- Participate in store recovery and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- Adhere to operational and loss prevention controls including shrink reduction
- Communicate effectively with management and associates
- Adhere to labor laws and company policies including meal and break periods
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
