Job Duties
- Operate scrubber and buffer to maintain floor cleanliness
- Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning of glass and windows
- Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards throughout the store including sales floor, backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms
- Adhere to health and safety policies including refilling essential items in designated areas
- Support front-end coverage and multiple store areas by cross-training
- Follow merchandising and signage standards accurately
- Participate in store recovery and uphold loss prevention controls
- Communicate effectively with management and associates
- Follow labor laws and company policies regarding meal and break periods
- Engage in safety awareness initiatives and maintain a safe environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
