Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing or walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour day
- hand use including grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to bend, twist, squat and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders
Job Qualifications
- 6-12 months retail experience
- thorough product knowledge
- working knowledge of merchandising expectations within the department
- understanding and compliance with quality goals, policies and procedures
- basic math skills for recipe conversions
- ability to use point of sale electronic systems
- strong communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to deliver information clearly and respectfully

Job Duties
- Measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials according to company specifications and recipes
- forms, cuts, molds, shapes, and bakes dough
- monitors cooking completion times and sets heat and humidity temperatures for proof box
- checks product to ensure it meets quality standards
- ensures temp, sweep, and sanitation logs are completed
- arrives to work station on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs promptly and models suggestive selling techniques
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking and merchandising
- follows and complies with established procedures including health and sanitation and safe work practices
- maintains clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
