Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months retail or food service experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours a day
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions including freezing and hot environments
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment including knives and heavy machinery
- Commitment to follow health, safety, and sanitation standards

- 6-12 months retail experience
- Basic math skills for recipe conversions
- Ability to use point of sale electronic systems

Job Duties
- Measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials according to company specifications and recipes
- Forms, cuts, molds, shapes, and bakes dough
- Monitors cooking completion times and sets heat and humidity temperatures for proof box
- Checks product to ensure it meets quality standards
- Ensures temperature, sweep, and sanitation logs are completed
- Arrives on time, appropriately groomed and ready to work
- Provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
- Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- Follows and complies with health and sanitation regulations and safe work practices
- Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- Immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- Performs other duties as assigned
