Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months retail or food preparation experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- Capability to perform hand use motions such as grasping, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach frequently
- Comfortable working with FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Able to work in temperatures ranging from freezing to above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to safely operate knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment
- May require use of ladders
- Commitment to punctuality and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Retail experience of 6-12 months
- Basic math skills for recipe conversions and modifications
- Ability to use point of sale electronic systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to deliver information clearly and respectfully

Job Duties
- Measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials according to company specifications and recipes
- Forms, cuts, molds, shapes, and bakes dough
- Monitors cooking completion times and sets heat and humidity temperatures for proof box
- Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards
- Ensures temperature, sweep, and sanitation logs are completed
- Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers timely and effectively and models suggestive selling techniques
- Maximizes sales potential through effective procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- Follows and ensures compliance with established procedures including weights and measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- Reports safety hazards and violations immediately
- Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
