Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic math and computer skills to process orders and payments
Job Qualifications
- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers by providing friendly and passionate service and anticipating customer needs
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using register or computer terminal
- Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders while serving as a final quality control check
- Preparing fresh produce including peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing and chopping onions and tomatoes, and leafing lettuce
- Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment by assisting coworkers and asking for help when necessary
- Maintaining a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning workstations, store, and surrounding areas throughout business hours and before and after shifts
- Learning additional skills such as cooking food and preparing orders as you grow and having opportunities to earn raises
