Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning
- Basic math skills to process transactions
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company policies and safety standards

- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Taking great care of our customers by providing friendly service and anticipating their needs
- Receiving and entering customer orders accurately and processing payments using the register or computer terminal
- Organizing and handing out food and drink orders while performing final quality control checks
- Preparing fresh produce including peeling, dicing, slicing, and chopping as needed
- Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment by assisting coworkers and asking for help when necessary
- Maintaining a spotless and sparkling clean workstation and store environment with daily and ongoing cleaning duties
- Learning additional food preparation and cooking skills to enhance job responsibilities and earn raises as you grow with the company
