Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and manual food preparation
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect effectively with customers and team members

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers by providing friendly service and anticipating their needs
- Receiving and entering customer orders and processing payments accurately
- Organizing and handing out food and drink orders ensuring quality control
- Preparing fresh produce including peeling, slicing, and chopping
- Collaborating in a team-oriented environment and assisting others as needed
- Maintaining a clean and sparkling workstation and store environment through regular cleaning duties
- Learning and applying food preparation and cooking skills to support product quality and customer satisfaction
