Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers by providing friendly and passionate service including greeting, handing out stickers and hats, delivering food, asking about meals, clearing trays, and thanking customers
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register or computer terminal at the counter or drive-through
- Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders while ensuring final quality control standards are met
- Preparing fresh produce such as peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing and chopping onions and tomatoes, and leafing lettuce
- Working in a team-oriented environment by anticipating when colleagues need help and willingly assisting or asking for help when necessary
- Creating a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning individual workstations, the store, and surrounding areas before, during, and after shifts
- Learning food preparation and cooking skills over time and earning opportunities for raises
